I get up at 7:00. I have a shower and I get dressed. For breakfast I have milk and cereal. I go to IH at 10 o’clock. I have lunch at 13:30. In the afternoon I play computer games. I have dinner at 20:30. I go to bed  at 01:00 or 2:00.
